Environment Friendly Cars
By robertludvig on Apr 25, 2007 in Headlines, Technology, Trends

Environment friendly cars have put Toyota over the top, finally. Consumer demand for environment friendly cars has helped make Toyota the largest seller of cars in the world, for the first quarter of 2007.
General Motors has long been on, or near the top of the heap in auto sales. Toyota’s investment in hybrid cars is finally paying off. Koji Endo, who is an auto analyst with Credit Suisse, believes that Toyota’s image, with regards to reliability AND ecological technology, has resulted in the excellent showing this quarter. Leading the pack has been Toyota’s Prius. This is one Hybrid that the world has been talking about for years. People have now stopped talking and have opened their wallets. Green business rocks!

WOW! Cool car! But, where’s the wheels? The Altera Hybrid Car is also pretty cool! But, the PROBLEM with hybrid cars is that more than 75% of it’s energy value is spent on it’s production! If an electric car is recharged with electricity produced by a fossil fuel burning generator, there may be no benefit to the atmosphere! It still produces carbon dioxide, doesn’t it?

Where the hell would you put any cargo? You want to go to the store? on vacation? you need to move to a different home? Lets call for more practical autos that are clean running.

Wow I love this car but i think the glass or what ever it is needs to be very strong for safety issues.

are the tires “non-breakable” or something, how are you supposed to change on? and personally i think it looks okay but i would feel clausterphobic or something! and i dont like the fact that is pretty much completly see through…. and my question is………… how come all these eco-friendly cars that dealerships are comming out with only 2 seaters? your obviously going to have to have a back up car, and therefore use it more often then *this one if you have a large family you know??????

I don’t like this car at all as it doesn’t have any space in it to put things. And another thing, at a slight disadvantage WHERE ARE THE WHEELS?
sofi | Apr 16, 2009 | Reply
I think that was a very smart comment. it is a cool car but it is not safe!

monster | May 11, 2009 | Reply
Well I guess the glass would fall on both cars but the other car would be safe but i bet this car won’t be safe.
Dreamchance | May 13, 2009 | Reply
I think it is the opposite. It wouldn’t be safe if it crashed into a car because the glass would be shattering on the person in the hybrid car. Painful!
Dreamchance | May 13, 2009 | Reply
Beautiful car. I like this car very much.
baseball | May 20, 2009 | Reply
